Lynn has worked with me to completely refresh my Horizons Life Coaching website, making it much more attractive and accessible with a smart new WordPress theme and a new blog area. Even more importantly, she has added a new e-commerce function to the site that has allowed me to open up a whole new area of business that I am very excited about.

One of my major concerns when thinking about setting up Clean Slate was the administration for the company e.g. customer records, letters, promotion, marketing campaigns and suchlike. I certainly didn’t have the resources to fund a full-time role for someone even if I wanted to do so.

Fortunately I was introduced to Lynn and her business, Ready2Assist. We met up and Lynn outlined the help that she could provide for me, which basically was everything that I didn’t have time to do or would take me an eternity to do myself – and all at a fraction of the cost. Since then although we’ve only met up only a few times I have used her services every month now for over 2 years. We communicate mainly via email with occasional telephone calls for any clarification.

More recently we’ve been looking at our ‘brand’ and standardising our logo, stationery and the various workbooks that we need to augment our courses, and late last year she created our wonderful new website.

Lynn remains an integral part of this ongoing exercise and quite frankly we would have been lost without her.

Her professionalism is outstanding and never misses a deadline. Lynn has also taken an interest in the work we do at Clean Slate, to such an extent I include her in most of our campaigns, and her own creativity in her contributions is warmly appreciated. If I was to recommend someone starting up a new venture I would suggest they use Ready2Assist as a most valuable source of administrative and marketing support.

Lynn took on the unenviable task of designing and building an e-commerce website for my online jewellery business, Dragonrat Jewellery. I am at a complete loss when it comes to anything technical, and she has very patiently deciphered what I actually needed from my vague and garbled descriptions, panicked messages and ramblings, and delivered a lovely WordPress website that even I can cope with. I had been let down by my former website designer, and I was happy to find that Lynn and R2A were everything that they weren’t.
