Outstanding support from Nathan Millin.

Supported me at every step with my planning for a residential children’s home, always advising the best course of action and nothing was too much.

Nathan went the extra mile in his research, discovering that we didn’t infact need planning in the first place, just a certificate to evidence why which was approved. This saved us a huge amount of time and money, exactly what you want in a planning consultant.

Nathan has now completed two applications for my business and another for a referral.

I wouldn’t go to anyone other than Nathan Millin for my planning needs and he’s a credit to Carter Smith. If you’re looking for planning, he’s outstanding and if you’re in need of planning for a children’s home, he understands exactly what you need.

Outstanding service!

If it was not for Nathan Millin, I'd still be struggling to gain the permission from the local Council.

If anyone needs anything to do with planning applications and building control, do not think twice and do not waste time about thinking should you or should you not assign Nathan as the consultant. Do it, do it, do it!

Nathan was professional, empathetic, compassionate, and in 6 weeks, he got me the result that I was desperate to have.

Tony Carter is the reason our application was approved! Our proposed new home was approved at Pre-App, but the same design was denied after we submitted our Full App. We then brought Tony on board who advised us on minor revisions for the second submission.
