We chose Nick Bradley to handle our remortgage for us having previously dealt with his father who handles pensions for the company. From the start Nick has been thorough, patient and professional. The conveyancing team we had to deal with were less than communicative in keeping us updated as to the progress of our remortgage, so Nick got on the case phoning them, emailing them and sending them all the documents they were asking for. Without his help we would still be waiting for a reply and thanks to his input, we were also given some compensation by the conveyancing team for the delays we experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend him for going above and beyond his job.
