To Michael and his wonderful team My wife and I can not thank you enough for what you have done for us. We feel we have known you that long you now are part of the family. I would recommend you and your team to any one. If people think by paying Insurance companies for a policy and that they are covered and that all will be sorted out, Think again they will do anything and everything to worm their way out not to pay you and use underhanded tactics and go so far as to lie to you. If you need to claim your insurance for anything get in touch with ILA team before saying a word to your insurance company.

From knowing nothing about the requirement for independent advice to finding out I needed it stat it felt like a bit of a minefield but as soon as I picked up the phone to ILA I knew I'd found the right place. The team were really knowledgeable about what I needed, the pricing structure was clear and transparent, the process for getting what I needed to share and getting it back again was also really clear. Very helpful, speedy and realistically priced.
I was a first time ILA customer, so I read through all the paperwork before hand and printed off the required documents. This really speeds the process at the appointment and allows more time for fuller explanations and made the entire process actually enjoyable!
A couple of minor issues:
The use of Google meet was not successful (I've never used it before) so had to swap over to Whats App.
Had appointment changed because of a double booking issue and kept getting reminders for the old appointment.
Would have been 5* had it not been for those 2 minor irritations.
