I was fortunate enough to snag a spot on Malina's Club LeaderSHIP™ Cruise & Bruch, and it was amazing. We sailed around New York Harbor, sharing our stories, our challenges, our triumphs. It was such a supportive and empowering group of women. We all came from different backgrounds and countries, jokingly calling it our own mini UN. There were so many great little takeaways. If you have a chance to partake in any of her Vida Rose Coaching Solutions events, you should. It's time well spent!

I attended Malina's Vida Rose Coaching Solutions LeaderSHIP™️ retreat in beautiful Bucks County, PA. The day was filled with wonderful yet mindful activities where you had an opportunity to discuss and display your leadership skills, tap into your creativity, as well as level up trusting yourself. I spent a day learning and laughing with other professionals while building relationships with them. I recently went on a retreat full of food, fun, friendship and focus thanks to Malina Poshtova Delamere with Vida Rose Coaching. She offers this unique experience to business leaders looking to explore new territories in both their personal and professional lives.

The day started out with a delicious breakfast and brief introductions. Our group enjoyed time around the roaring fireplace looking out at the amazing landscape and sculptured grounds through the floor-to-ceiling windows. All of our senses were touched as we participated in guided mediation and intentional movement exercises.

We evaluated where we felt friction in our lives and outlined plans to exceed our goals. Malina guided us through with her calming voice and strategic thinking.

I came away from the retreat with a fresh mindset and a full belly (every meal cooked for us was so healthy and exquisite!), and I made great connections with like-minded women! Thanks so much to Copper House Events and Malina for this magical day.
