I came to Harry for some business mindset coaching. Although I have a number of skills myself and tools to help with mindset, Harry gave a refreshing new perspective on blocks and limiting beliefs. This why what I needed for my break through to releasing them. If you are hesitant about engaging the services of a coach due to thinking will you get the benefit from what you are paying, do it! Just prior to Christmas, I joined a group coaching session, together with around ten other small business owners, and delivered over three weeks and ten hours by Harry. I was interested to discover what was stopping me from having my business where I would like it to be and to learn some skills and methodology to help me get there.

The training was split into two sections – in the first Harry began to probe about the stories I tell myself and the context I bring to my business and my working day. I am familiar with this type of work, which has provided me with transformational breakthroughs across multiple areas of my life and I was very pleased and reassured in the language Harry used and the way he skilfully guided me through the conversation, resulting in me making some insightful discoveries about how I operate and
began to provide some more powerful contexts to bring to my life.

The second part of the training allowed us all to get familiar with a business planning tool and to complete that with Harry’s guidance. I have done very little in terms of written business planning and I’ve now got something on paper that will ensure I stay focused on the four big achievements I am committed to, the various projects that will support those achievements, and a way to measure performance and outcomes.

Like many people I am most challenged by being accountable, doing the
right things consistently, and staying focused on my goals, which this tool supports.

What I’d like to say most about Harry is that he demonstrated his experience in speaking to ten very different people with different challenges, that he engaged everyone and was immediately likeable
and trustworthy, and he has been incredibly generous in supporting us all in between sessions and afterwards to ensure we get the most out of the work we have begun.

The business planning guide he left us with following will provide invaluable to supporting me in what I’m up to in 2022.
