Fantastic team that is always there when you need them. They are responsive and take the time to know your business and want to help you out rather than just being another client. Same points of contact deal with you each time so they know your business inside out and it give you time to focus on the important things. I will always be very thankful for what Dan and Anthony and the rest of the team have done for us, they are some of the good guys in the world! Highly recommended!

I've been with F9 for over 2 years now and i'm really glad that I chose them. They came highly recommended by a friend that said they had made contracting 'easy' for him. My experience has been great - Anthony, the accountant handling my company, is always patient and takes the time to make sure that I understand all the details as well as having a brilliant understanding of the the tax system and being able to answer all of my queries off the top of his head. Lola has handled all the paperwork and given me clear instructions whenever there is administration needed on my part and Jamie has helped me with all of the little details, from helping me classify expenses in the online accounting software to reconciling my accounts - the accounting software was provided through f9 and i'm so glad they suggested it everyone should use online accounting software. I could not recommend f9 highly enough they have really made everything easy for me.

F9 are amazing! They have been my accountants since 2017. They are always available to answer my queries, the whole team are very friendly. My accounts are always filed on time, they are very knowledgeable and always explain all the accounting rules for the tax year in a way that is easy for me to understand. They do my company accounts as well as my personal accounts and I am very happy with the service I have received over the years.

F9 has been my accountants for the past 4 years and my experience has been terrific. They've been very professional and straightforward to complex questions; I think my fondest memories are of Dan delivering instant replies to things I expected would take at least a few hours!

My reasons for switching to another accountant is their pricing; for their level of quality I would expect nothing less, but for my new venture all I need are the basics to get me through the (unfunded) initial stages.

Very impressed by the dedication shown by the whole team at F9. They literally have an expert at hand for everything, nothing is too much trouble for them!. Having previously been with a large accounting firm, I always found them expensive and not entirely flexible. Not so with F9. I can't articulate just how convenient it is and how supported it feels to simply fire off an email and have it answered without being charged for it. To have the phone answered if you need a little more reassurance. It's also nice to know that the very people helping you have been in the exact same situation (contractors) so can offer you the best advice and have the experience to get you the best result possible. Would never go back to a large firm. The team are friendly and helpful. Well done F9, keep up the great work.

Finding a good accountant has been one of the largest pain points since starting my business. Finally in F9 I've found a firm that actually make life easier. My point of contact Jamie is always available or get's back to me promptly, and everything is filed and submitted well in advance of deadlines so there's no chaos at the last minute. Highly recommend.
