This review is long overdue! Quest have been our HR Consultants for a number of years and their expertise has proved invaluable. As a small business we don't have the requirement for our own HR Manager so it's great to have them on board for any employment matters and we know that any queries will be handled promptly and professionally. I found this training course very enjoyable. It was interactive (which is certainly more appreciated whilst working from home and missing interactions with other people), different scenarios and outcomes were discussed, all questions were answered along the way and it was reassuring to know we have HR support from Quest moving forward should we ever need it. Sarah was friendly and inviting and I'd recommend to others.
