The Future Leaders Academy course, with Kuldip as my mentor has been thoroughly insightful and has helped me to grow intrinsically in my role as a manager and leader. Being able to work through real life scenarios, bounce ideas off of each other whilst continually learning and growing has been invaluable. Each session we approach a new topic and month on month I feel like I have been equipped with key leadership and business skills which I will carry with me throughout the rest of my career. The Future Leaders Academy course has been really great. I was struggling to adapt from a technical position to a leadership position but these sessions have given me invaluable tools to help me in achieving far better results from my team and giving myself more time to focus on the bigger picture aspects of the business. I have taken away a lot from all of the sessions but the ones that particularly helped me were how and why delegation is critical, resolving conflict and coaching skills.

I started having group sessions with Parag. I did this for 2 years. I then went on and did 1 to 1 sessions with kooks and I have joined the accountability club with margarida. Since working with these guys I have managed to get my business’s to run more profitably and more efficiently whilst at the same time gaining time back for myself. Some of the key things that I have learned are how to prioritise, manage time, set goals. Whilst working with kooks one of the most valuable things I learned as how to have difficult conversations. The whole experience has been life changing and I highly recommend these guys.
