We went on the trip named ‘Hampton Court Palace at Christmas’ in November. There was nothing Christmasy about it. They were preparing for the weeks ahead.
The coach was one bought up with many others, from small local companies, now all owned by National Express. This particular coach needed lots of TLC to be acceptable for fare paying customers.
The coach was unable to park near the venue so for some, the walk back to the coach on a very cold, dark evening, was a struggle. No fault of the courteous, apologetic coach driver, it took him by surprise as well.
I have written to Solent Coaches (now National Express), hoping for a response. However, there has been none.

Booked this company to ferry guests to and from the hotel to our wedding venue and then to collect guests at the end of the evening.

The coach failed to turn up both times which meant 50 people were late for the wedding and missed most of the ceremony.

Appalling service and nothing in the way of an apology.

One of your drivers in bear cross on the 16th July at approx 1830 chooses not to stop at roundabout and then believes it's ok to start swearing and giving me and my children the w**ker sign. Great advertisement we will be calling your office in morning
