I've always had Ascendis prepare and submit my self-assessment tax return due to a few complexities with shares, stock (some of which is non-UK held) and other matters. I have found in all instances they have been prompt, efficient, can answer any questions I raise and refer me to specific tax rules to ensure I understand the process and why things work as they do. Just over 6 years ago I went from being a sole trader of over 30 years to being a director in a family owned limited company. At the time I was very uncertain as how best to progress this change. This was my first contact with Ascendis and all my worries proved to be unnecessary. Andy, Jason and Brad took over and all we had to do was think of a name for the company. They did all the work and just told us where to sign ! The change was carried out with the minimum of stress and they have continued to provide us with prompt and thorough advice since the first day we met. Yearly accounts and quarterly management accounts are provided in an easy to understand form and explained to us fully. They are contactable over the phone as well as the usual email and the back ground staff in the office are efficient, very pleasant and very helpful.
