Our Electrician hired Reaction Group to carry PAT testing on our premises, they were only interested in getting it done as fast as possible, they did not take care and one desktop PC decided to update as it shutdown, the engineer did not wait he just pulled the power cord out and this fried the main board and the PC would not start back up, our IT support company tried to fix it but the PC had to be replaced, we advised the company of this and sent the engineers report, plus the invoice we paid to replace the PC but they refuse to accept liability, the gave a small discount as a gesture which was very little compared to the costs we incurred.
we will not allow them back onto the premises again, poor workmanship and no support or liability insurance.
