Merce and Steven at Think Beyond are fantastic marketeers and really valued business augmenters. They took time to understand our business USP, values, purpose and goals, in order to figure out which options were best (and most affordable) to support us in achieving our business growth aspirations - as well as to align with our goals in the marketing and branding space.

We undertook a scheme of work with Think Beyond that included creation of a 5 year strategic marketing plan with connected sales funnels and sales assets, and ABM (account based marketing) considerations - including a focused piece of work on visibility of procurement channels for specified sectors. This work really allowed us, as a board, to bring together our business planning and growth ambitions in a very practical, yet broad, deep and detailed way - which was a hugely innovative and beneficial process, and which gave us relevant and focused outcomes to act upon.

Additionally, we conducted a neuroscience audit of our brand and an audit of our website - which proved fascinating! We further worked with Think Beyond to develop and refresh our brand (and brand guidelines) to simplify and hone our value proposition and communication strategy - as well as to incorporate a neuroscience lens into our visuals.

We recently engaged 'Think Beyond' to complete a 'Marketing Health Check ' for our organisation Family Care Group. We found the whole process very helpful, it forced us to reflect on where we are now, how we got here, and what we need to do to keep moving forward.
