This is our second time using Callum for our mortgage, and If I could hire Callum to help me with every aspect of my life I would. He is calm and professional, with a friendly touch that makes it feel like he’s part of your friends and family and involved in your house move as much as you are. From our initial conversations nothing was ever too much trouble for him to look up for us, all the way to completion. If it wasn’t for him chasing our solicitors and lenders over and over again we would have missed the cut off for the stamp duty rise but because of his determination and dedication to us as customers we beat the date by one day which saved £2,500 on extra stamp duty! He truly is amazing and I couldn’t imagine any else ever sort out mortgages out for us he makes selling and buying a house completely hassle free and actually a pleasure to do as he has everything in hand when you need him!
