I am about to complete a 3 month course with Empowered Relationships. It hasn't been easy, but I feel so much better now. Each session is followed up with homework sheets and support if needed. I am confident now that I will continue to be in control of my life and be able to navigate the demands of friends and family as they arise. Louise is a patient and knowledgeable practitioner and I am very grateful that I found her.

Took a 12 week empowerment program with Louise. At first I was apprehensive about the benefits, but 3 weeks in I realised I had made the right decision. The program has provided me with tools to empower me in my quest for self discovery.

For ages I was struggling with anxiety and being overwhelmed by my emotions. This led me to reacting behaviours such as people pleasing, not putting myself first and conflicts between others. I had tried CBT therapies and was on antidepressants for 5 years and nothing was working. Then I found Empowered Relationships! The 12 week course is designed to make you accountable while having support the whole process. I was having weekly sessions which were lasting over an hour and I was actually being listened too. You get a summary of the session and some little tasks to complete before your next session. This was fantastic because instead of leaving a therapy session not knowing what to do, you now had guidance and tasks to complete. Therapy can be intense and I know I sometimes left our sessions feeling exhausted but within a few weeks I was noticing such a difference in my outlook of life and the sessions were becoming my favourite part of the week. I learnt so much during the 12 week process about myself and life. Now I’m completely off my antidepressants and I have not been overwhelmed with my emotions. Other people in my life have seen a difference in me too. I feel more confident, comfortable with myself and compassionate toward others. Thank you so much Louise for such a great program! X

I was at a point of no return in my life and if not for Louise and her program I would not of been able to accept and move on with my life.
