I walked in on the 7th May, and my intentions were to change my career entirely. I met with Lucy Starkey who was very pleasant and welcoming. Lucy took the time to sit with me, and discuss my background, skills, experience and what career I wanted to go into. Instantly, Lucy identified a HR admin role for me, which is exactly the Career I was looking at so we agreed that I was to be put forward for it. On Thursday 8th May I had 2 phone calls from Lucy, 1 to offer me an interview for that role on Friday 9th May and the other offering me a temporary position at a very nice workplace for the Saturday 10th May.
By Monday 12th May, I had great feedback from Saturday's temp position and a offer of employment from the HR role that I interviewed for with an immediate start for Wednesday 14th May.

I just want to say thankyou so much for your support, you have been such a great help for me and I would recommend anyone to visit Proactive Personnel.

I did some work for Proactive Personnel in Cannock whilst in between jobs and they were by far the best agency I've used. Very professional and a joy to work with.
