They are very talkative at the start to get you on board, they found our mortgage but that was about it. Once you tell them you want to sort your own life and contents insurance, we literally heard nothing until they wanted paying and £500 for just finding the mortgage is a bit steep. I wouldn't recommend.

I particularly appreciate that he uses Zoom for his calls, which allows for improved communication. It means that he can also show me the breakdown of spending (for instance) in easy to understand graphs.
