Can't give zero stars or I would have!

A similar story to other reviewers, I sub contracted for this company to attend & service a boiler, which I did.

After sending the invoice & waiting over 6 weeks, I still haven't been paid, so will be making a claim against them with the small claims court.

The people who work there (Kelly & Hannah in reception & Colin in accounts) don't care & will fob you off with many different excuses as to why accounts are not available & don't reply to you, even after promising to do so.

Please avoid this company like the plague, unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Subcontracted by this company to attend a gas boiler not working, had the boiler up and running within 2 hours of phoning me. When it came to settle the invoice no more correspondence on there end. If you are an independent and get a call off this company you'd do well to avoid. Scammers

Had NC out to do a condition report of the electrics on my property. They arranged the visit and confirmed everything with me before they came out. The engineer was very helpful and worked around my routine when doing any testing and left the property tidy after he’d finished. Very efficient in getting the paperwork back to me after the testing which is exactly what I needed at the time. All in all very easy to deal with and a very professional contractor.

Dreadful company, poor ethos, lacking quality staff who can do their jobs well or on time. You can see why they’ve had to change their name to try a fresh start. They don’t pay merchants and struggle to communicate to or pay employees correctly or on time. Staff turn over is enormous, not hard to see why. Don’t pay pensions, the list goes on

Avoid like the plague. I was unfortunate enought to have British Gas subcontract my boiler replacement work to NC Compliance. They left me with an incorrectly configured boiler that broke down after one month, four leaking radiator valves, a radiator hanging off the wall, rubbish strewn around the back garden, a faulty RCD device, and stains all over the walls and floor.

Used them as a customer and would not recommend them at all, constantly failing items and offering extortionate quotes to rectify “issues” one was a property that was only 5 years old having. In the end we double checked with other electrician companies who passed them and said they were recommendations and not failures. Very disappointing.

A highly professional and reactive company. Their engineer's are very knowledgable and professional whilst also being very courteous and the office staff are very helpful with a high standard of customer service. I would definately recommend them to anyone in the market for electrical testing or repairs
