The receptionist at this place is so rude and unwelcoming. She huffs and puffs behind the desk, doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, swears whilst she’s talking to herself moaning about her job. It puts a real taint in visiting here.

Still not repaired. No communication. It's now cold so presumably Kier Starmer is running the show.

*** Update to my previous review. It is now summer and there is STILL no air conditioning. The offices are like mini saunas but no towels are provided. The office has also now developed a continuous odour of faeces - not pleasant, nor welcoming and no signs of anything being done about that either. It is unsurprising that clients are moving elsewhere. The toilets also leak and the dishwasher doesn't clean properly. On a plus note the walls get painted new colours, quite often. If the money spent on paint were spent on things that matter it might be a better location to work. Literally zero point in complaining or messaging on Facebook (as suggested) as nothing happens **

The location is great and the staff (who manage the building) are fantastic. The biggest problems here are the litter outside, the lack of working aircon or heating, odours from the building below, litter around the building, and parking spaces being used by people that aren't entitled to use them.

It takes an age for repairs to be completed because they need to go through some kind of 'antiquated approvals process / job card issuing' rather than allowing the centre to manage it themselves.

Billing is a huge issue here. There are often errors or overcharges and it is impossible to speak to someone about it. You have to raise a request online and wait days for a reply - even then you can't simply reply to that email response you have to start the process again if you aren't satisfied with the reply.

Nice and clean there is a main reception for the block of offices and a good coffee area. The place looks like it is looked after.
