We have just sold and purchased properties and can’t thank Girlings enough for the professionalism and care they have shown. Nathan has gone above and beyond for us and we really couldn’t have done the journey without him. We had rather difficult buyers however Nathan was there every step of the way to keep things moving and he always kept us updated and informed at every stage. I made a will with Girlings 12 years ago and recently phoned to ask for 2 straight forward corrections to be made to the will. I have always been told this is a codicil, however they have confirmed in writing that I need to have a new will prepared at a cost of £325 + VAT when a codicil is £170 + VAT. I am very disappointed as I have always thought this company trustworthy.

Having just worked with a Canterbury 'conveyancer' for the sale of my own property, I switched to Girlings 'solicitors' (is this why?) to sell my Mother's home. What a contrast! Nathan Dady was efficient, a pleasure to work with and completed the transaction in nearly half the time of my prior experience. Chris Dewhurst and Michelle Rowland have now transacted on two properties for me. I’ve found them not just incredibly professional but also kind and considerate throughout an extremely stressful period of my life.
