We recently set up the Uk's first super seasoning business. I have a long standing background in the hospitality sector, however this was my first venture into the world of manufacturing. I reached out to Sam at catersafe consultants, who from the start was nothing but extremely helpful. He set our business up with everything we needed to get to market, including a full HACCP system.I told him that we were aiming to launch in early January, and he turned the work around in 10 days, even working over Christmas. He guided us through his work and took extra effort to ensure we were comfortable with every part of the process. I highly recommend Catersafe for any future work you may need doing.

I engaged CaterSafe on behalf of a client of mine some time ago. Sam has delivered HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 4 to numerous candidates.

Level of knowledge and detailed explanation is excellent. All delegates (including me) have been impressed with the style and methods of delivery throughout.

We did have an “emergency” requirement to deliver higher level training and CaterSafe bent over backwards to get the course delivered within the deadline.

So far, all the HACCP candidates achieved “Distinction” grade.
