I am reaching out to formally file a complaint concerning the conduct of Alliance family mediation a mediation service provider my ex-partner and I engaged to facilitate shuttle mediation. The company's handling of my case has been marked by carelessness and unprofessional behavior, which has not only eroded my trust but has also significantly compromised my well-being and the safety of my children.

The mediation process was essential for us due to a history of abuse, with the mediation notes being vital records for my personal safety and my children's welfare. These notes contained detailed information on why the "nesting" living arrangement was causing harm to my children and why it was essential for us to secure a peaceful and safe home environment. I shared these concerns during the mediation and after.

Since February of this year, I repeatedly requested access to these notes, stressing their critical importance. Despite my consistent follow-ups and highlighting the urgency of this matter, Alliance family mediation failed to provide them. Today, I was informed that the notes were deleted without notice or explanation. This loss of crucial documentation has put me in a dangerous position, as the content of those notes could have supported my case and facilitated steps toward ensuring a safe and stable environment for my children.

The disregard shown by [Mediation Company’s Name] toward my repeated requests and their decision to delete these vital records demonstrates an unacceptable level of negligence. I am deeply concerned that this company’s unprofessionalism could cause similar harm to others seeking support during vulnerable times. No one should have to endure the fear and insecurity that this situation has caused for me and my family.

I kindly request your office to investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure accountability and to prevent similar cases of misconduct. I am available to provide further details if necessary and sincerely hope that the necessary steps will be taken to address this significant lapse in professional responsibility.
