We had a terrible experience with this Firm. Deborah Trott was representing the lovely buyer who agreed to buy a property for full price listed with a reputable high street estate agent. This was a simple all cash deal where the buyer agreed to close in 30 days on Oct 19, 2024. The property transfer did not complete until 3 months later because that conveyancing attorney decided to slow-walk the transaction. I heard solicitors have huge complaints in the UK over stuff like this. It's disgusting and unwarranted. The delay caused harm to our 89 year old seller.

Awful service. My father used them after he was hit by car. And for a firm that was meant to represent him, it felt like they were against him. Doubting him from the start, ridiculously unhelpful, hard to get in contact with and in the end the money from the case was not worth the stress and effort they put him through. We spoke to a few people after for a second opinion and they couldn’t believe how poorly this firm had performed. Avoid at all costs

Eleanor Rogers dealt with my case, can not fault her.
Her care and compassion was second to none, she made an awful situation so much easier with her knowledge and expertise.
I was kept informed regularly about progress of the case.
When going through my paperwork Eleanor explained everything to me in "lamens" terms and helped with amendments that needed to be put in.
Absolutely wonderful and great at her job.
