We (at the National Trust) have been really impressed with the work that MP&Co have done in helping us to scope the creative direction for a crowdfunding campaign. The team have been a pleasure to work with and incredibly conscientious and thorough. They outlined their process from the first meeting, so we knew what to expect and when, which really helped with our internal planning. They took time to understand our needs really well, were able to take into account a huge range of information and a vast complexity of viewpoints, and produced a comprehensive set of strategic recommendations which went above and beyond what we had expected.

The creative concepts were thoughtfully considered, and aligned perfectly with our brand and audience insights. Everything was delivered on time and any queries we had along the way were dealt with really quickly, including providing additional versions of information to make it easy for us to share progress with senior stakeholders. The team approached our campaign with genuine enthusiasm, invested their time and expertise seriously, but delivered it all with humour which made the whole process very enjoyable. We now have a creative direction and a plan for implementation in which we can feel really confident, and we know where to come if we need further advice or input.

We (Journeys by Design) first got in touch with Mike and the MP&Co team when looking for a new CRM. We spoke to loads of different ‘specialists’, all of whom had many recommendations for what we needed. Few actually spent the time to get to know us before making their recommendation. Mike did! This meant, when we decided to go with him not only was the product a great fit, but the design and implementation was extremely smooth. The follow up since has been exceptional, and we are extremely pleased with the new CRM.
We were so impressed with Mike and his team that we embarked on a broader strategic review of our marketing, which in the end went much further than marketing. We found the whole process enlightening and very very helpful. The whole team really got involved and Mike and his team expertly facilitated the sessions. With the information they gleaned from these sessions they were able to develop a comprehensive plan for us that has really helped define the next few years of our operations. Many agencies would have come in with a very top down approach – but MP&Co took the time to really understand us, see our stregthsn and weakenssses and then make intelligent, objective recommendations on how we can develop.
We are also really pleased to be working with an agency that has such strong values and purpose. It is something that is very important to us, and this alignment really has meant we’ve been able to develop very close working relationships as we share many common views.
