So happy I chose to go with Harrison Drury when purchasing my new house, in particular Roberto Bonaminio who was my solicitor. He went above and beyond to ensure we could purchase our house in a timely manner.

Unfortunately the seller chose to go with a firm that his real estate agent recommended, and it was like pulling teeth trying to gain any correspondence and when we did it was incorrect. Thankfully I had Rob who was consistently professional and on the ball, he took time to explain everything I wanted to know and was available around the clock.

I couldn’t recommend Rob anymore, I dread to think how long it would have taken for us to purchase our house without him. Thanks again!

These solicitors were responsible for the conveyancing of my mother's house. For the first 6 weeks, nothing was done and work only started after I rang to check on progress. The number of mistakes made were extraordinary; including getting my mother's name wrong on the exchange contract and adding their own bill to the sale price of the property, rather than subtracting it. Apparently, the invoice had been checked by the accounts department; though I very much doubt that, since such a glaring error would have been noticed. I pointed out that the invoice was incorrect: I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't done so. It took several requests to receive a quote for the work and then, we were sent two; one of which, was £500 more than the other. It is the most expensive, incompetent conveyancing process I have ever experienced, particularly as this was a straight forward sale. There was no upward chain, the company already held the deeds to the house, there was no mortgage involved and the house was freehold.
The whole process was made unnecessarily stressful.

Based on my experience working with harrison drury I'd strongly advise you to spare yourself the poor communication, delays and negligence and find another solicitor to deal with your home move. Very disappointing throughout even more disappointing when you find our your not the registered home owner over 2 months after compeletion. Unfortnatly they have been inept in several ways during my home purchase.
