From the first call to receiving the completed report the service was excellent. They explained the different types of surveys they did and we choose the one best suited to our need. The price was straight forward with no add-ons (which is rare in this day and age as everybody seems to add extra costs even when a price has been set 🙂
The engineer that came out was very courteous and very professional. We received the report 24hrs after he had been to the property and this was then sent on the the relevant parties the same day

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Whole process from quote to completion of survey was a matter of days. Report was detailed, professional and gave plenty of information on the property and its structural inadequacies - which led us to the decision to abort our purchase. Honestly, where do I even begin. I reached out to Structural Surveys Limited whilst being in the process of purchasing my first home and after a bad experience with a previous surveyor (unrelated to this company!). I needed to obtain a Structural Engineer Report on the property, as requested by the bank. I reached out to Structural Surverys Ltd by email and received prompt, pleasant and very professional responses in a timely manner. They understood my requirements, were able to provide further information by email and were able to clarify any questions I had by telephone.

Their prices are reasonable and once you make a payment, they send you a confirmation letter stating the date and time they have scheduled their visit.

They visited the property on Friday and by 8:30am on Monday, the structural engineers report was sitting in my emails.

I’m annoyed that I didn’t go with this company in the first instance. I, 100% without a doubt, will be using this company in the future. I highly recommend their services to anyone going through the buying process.

I just want to say a very big thank you to Structural Surveys Limited - your team had taken away stress of buying a property!

The structural survey report was sent - again, as promised - on the day following their site visit**. It dealt in depth with the issue I had asked them to focus on, while reporting comprehensively on the rest of the property.

While my request was as a seller, their report was written with the buyer in mind, exactly as I wanted, since I shared it immediately with the buyer.

Their customer service was immediately available for my calls - as I was calling from Canada, the window when both of us were available was half a workday so this was very much appreciated.

For my part, I had shared with them a RICS Level 3 Survey I had done in February to ensure they had some familiarity with the property before their arrival.

** Other companies said the report would take a week to be sent.
