I was referred to Willow by my brother and I am very glad I was. I was looking to put all my pensions into one place and initially had a review with James Hodges. He was very open and honest about the process and reassured me that it would all be taken care of.

The transfer process was really simple and their fees are very reasonable. James was excellent in helping me through it all and answered all my questions and queries.

James was absolutely superb in helping us plan our retirement. We have three pensions and were totally bemused by all the jargon , figures and potential choices. James explained everything in clear layman's terms busting all the jargon into simple to understand facts and figures. He has a calm disposition and a very friendly way which really puts you at ease. He took us through all the choices chronologically with each pension scheme which has allowed us to make the right decision for us. Can't recommend James and the Willow team enough. Thank you again!
