Before being coached by Colin, I felt like I was in the middle of a jigsaw with no edges. His support and encouragement allowed me to recognise boundaries better, look after myself and find my voice at work. I now put myself first more, plan ahead better, and I’m kinder to myself when facing challenging situations. I have found the edges of my puzzle.

Well, where do I start with Coach Colin? What guy! I came across Colin when I was at a pretty dark time of my life at 27. I had recently lost my mother to a life-long illness, I'd just came out of a long-term relationship, was in the middle of a career change and living alone for the first time. Colin's coaching was exceptional with lots of different exercises and tasks to do between sessions, all shared via Trello. Above all else, he became a good mate in the process. The sessions helped me to find who I really was at my core, realign with my values and think/look forwards instead of backwards. After 6 weeks of sessions, I am very proud to say I have now made it through the highly competitive selection process for the Fire & Rescue Service. I would recommend Colin to anybody looking to take a step back and re-assess where/who they are and where they're heading.

Colin listens to understand what’s going on for me, without judgement, allowing me to discuss difficult matters, while feeling at ease and heard. Through the exercises he provided, I learned a great deal about myself, including my strengths and weaknesses, my values, and traits, all of which helped me to identify what choices I had available to me, as well as what I could let go of. The inertia in my life has subsided and I have found a sense of purpose that resonates deeply with who I am.
