We stayed at the hotel with my family last weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location, so convenient, with easy access to both the train and metro. The reception team was outstanding. When we arrived on a hot day, Michael, the receptionist, went above and beyond by offering us cold bottles of water. He even gave my niece a sweet unicorn lollipop as a special welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, it was the best check-in experience we’ve ever had. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Without a doubt, We’ll be returning!

A very pleasant stay at the Hilton over a hot week in London. The room was nicely decorated and equipped, but the air con really struggled to keep the temperature manageable over the night and was only better when we requested a pedestal fan to help circulate the chill air.

Lots of spaces downstairs were closed, including the restaurant area and the exit towards More London place. Moreover, the gym was closed and it would have been nice had the hotel earned this in advance.

Breakfast was migrated to what was previously a seating area and bar for guests during that restaurant work. Working from hot-plates, the staff were making the best efforts possible, but again it would have been nice to know about the work in advance to have options to consider other hotels.

Had a great time. Location is great. The staff were amazing especially Fatima who made out stay very easy and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and everyone around the breakfast area was attentive and helpful. I did not catch their names but they were all wonderful.

First Time Stay – Wonderful Experience!
This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be the last. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Wiktoria, a lovely receptionist. She made the check-in process so pleasant and set a great tone for our stay.
Our room was spotless and incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Great location, great hotel and even better staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the late night drinks in the bar 5 stars to you all.|But the breakfast service was outstanding, what a wonderful group of staff, who couldn't be more helpful, my sincere gratitude you are all fabulous.|This is my second visit to a hilton in 2 months, the first was an late night use of the hilton at Silverstone where the staff allowed me to sit in the bar for a few hours. As I waited for the AA to recover my motorbike.|The staff are the best asset at these hotels, thank you all for being so derful human beings.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE! I emailed in advance of my stay to check that my booking had gone through and received fast efficient response.
On arrival they upgraded our room when they foundout we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. All staff that we encountered from Reception to room attendants were very polite. Location was fantastic, we were within a 5 minute walk from some top tourist attractions and the same for many restaurants and transport routes. THANKYOU! for a fantastic weekend.

Location is excellent, close to London Bridge station, great view of Tower Bridge and skyscraper skyline, plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants in the area.

Service. Reception was very welcoming and friendly, bar staff also friendly and quick service. Special mentions to the team in the executive lounge, incredibly friendly, made some superb cocktails too. The lounge exterior balcony has some brilliant views, The Shard dominates the skyline and the lounge sets just the right vibe.

Bedroom. Modern and very clean, comfortable king-size bed, fridge, coffee pod and kettle (King Deluxe room), quiet (room 1109) with stunning view of cityscape (St Paul's, Gherkin, Walkie Talkie, etc), decent WiFi.

Breakfast was varied and tasty, again, special mention to the team, they all deliver on the idea of hospitality, a lovely coffee was made for me and food was hot and tasty, fresh orange juice too.

I have a dairy allergy. In the executive suite for breakfast, I was ready to settle for hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs because they contained milk, but Hati (hostess) unknown to me, ordered scrambled eggs without dairy for me! She was so kind and attentive to my needs. Thank you Hati! ❤️
