Stayed here as a solo traveller who needed to be close to Euston for 1 night. Very handy location - check in easy and room ready early. Friendly staff.||Room small but very comfy - working air con was a welcome addition in the heat and cooled the room down fast. ||I am a noise sensitive sleeper and with this being so close to the main road was worried about lack of sleep but luckily the hotel provided earplugs - just something to be mindful of but not much the hotel can do due to location. ||There is scaffolding up but the website does warn you of this before booking didn’t cause me any issues ||Nice breakfast - again really friendly staff ||All in all a clean, efficient hotel for a good price considering the location.

This Hilton is located super close to Euston station, which is so convenient if you're taking longer distance trains across the U.K. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and I felt safe walking around late at night. There are lots of shops and restaurants and pubs close by too.
This hotel feels a little older, but it's well maintained. We were given a slight upgrade at check-in since I am a Hilton Diamond member, and we appreciated the extra space in our King Deluxe Room. The hotel has two small lifts so you don't have to lug your suitcases up a bunch of stairs.
I loved that the room had a tea kettle, tea bags, and a small package of Walker's shortbread biscuits (all complimentary). It was so nice to have a warm snack after a chilly day of walking around London.
The room was comfortable, including the bed and desk area, and the bathroom was nice (but it has one of those European shower doors that's basically a half glass door). That always takes some getting used to, because water just runs all over the floor! Everything in our room was modern and very clean.
This could easily be a five star hotel, but there's a major issue here: the windows in the rooms DO NOT OPEN, and management had the interior SO hot. I swear to you the hotel was heated to at least 80 degrees if not warmer. I had the idea to ask the front desk for a fan to borrow, and thankfully they had one or we would have absolutely roasted. It was so bad, we had to get cold rags to put on our heads. It was like a sauna in our room, and the window was SWEATING our entire stay (see photos). My advice: ask for a fan. I wonder if it would be hot in the summer, too?
Breakfast was included with our rate, and it was nice enough. Nothing too fancy, but lots of solid options and a very friendly restaurant staff. The restaurant is in the basement. There's also a small hotel bar off the lobby, and we took advantage of the complimentary beverage offer when we checked in. I was excited that my Coke Zero came with a glass of ice! That's such a rarity in Europe.
I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again, but only because it was just TOO HOT during the winter months. It's a nice property and the staff is good, but I don't like roasting when I'm trying to sleep off some serious jetlag.

Stayed here for one night for work meeting. Exterior covered with building materials.|Quite a bare lobby, bland. |Speedy check in and staff were nice. Room was ready early.|Room on 5th floor. Was very hot ..air con had been left on when I entered so hoped it would cool.down. |Room adequate, bathroom small but clean. Meeting was in area behind the bar and it was unbearable hot. Water on the table was warm. Fans were set out around Room but just blew warm air around..bar area after meeting was just as hot. Couldn't wait to get to Room for cold shower and thankfully the air con had done the job. Bed was comfy. Pillows soft but plenty of them. Slept OK.|Breakfast was fine|The heat in this hotel makes me not want to stay here again.

One of the absolute worst hotels I’ve ever had the displeasure to stay at. Had to ask every single day for an extra towel, even though they knew two people were staying in the hotel. The AC broke down twice, leaving us trapped in a furnace of a room for the entire night and then some. The mini fridge is not a fridge as it has no cooling ability and should be considered a storage locker instead.
The only positive I would like to state is the concierge, Karim, who was one of the sweetest and kindest people one could hope to meet on their travels.

We had reservations for adjoining rooms and were checked in mid-morning when we arrived, which was great. Unfortunately, when we returned that afternoon the AC was not working in the rooms and they were hot. They also didn't face outside so we couldn't open a window. After staying at two other hotels in England without AC, we were sorely in need of a few cool nights' sleep. Thankfully, Nishanth stepped in and made things right. He moved us to upgraded rooms with excellent AC and even provided some complimentary drink tickets. It really elevated our spirits and our stay. I would certainly stay here in the future with that kind of service.

Simply put, the air conditioning needs to work if you are selling rooms in a Hilton hotel. A room temperature of more than 30 degrees C is simply not acceptable in ANY Hilton property, much less one that is being sold at the elevated pricing of the Euston Hilton.||To top it off, after I was intentionally placed into a room that had no functioning A/C, I was then lied to about both the repair timeline expectation and the availability of a fan (grossly insufficient, but at least would show some level of effort). I believe that I was treated this way because of Hilton's prepay discount for frequent travelers; knowing that I have little or no recourse to get recover the cost of an unusable hotel stay, they have no intent of trying to make things right. I will end up paying to go somewhere else where it is possible to sleep, and I expect that the hotel will refuse every attempt to be refunded for their unwillingness to deliver a habitable room.||There is no way that this team can ever make up for such egregious handling of this issue.||Do not trust anything this staff tells you. Be aware that they are more than willing to give you an uninhabitable room at a luxury hotel price and do absolutely nothing to address the issue.

There were 4 of us staying in the hotel and we booked two twin rooms in trip.com. When we checked in on 7th May, the receptionist told us rudely and unpleasantly that we had booked one twin room and one double bed room. We asked her to double check for us, but she continually said the hotel room is full booking, and refused to find any solution for us. Finally, she gave us a double bed room (Room 92 which was located on the ground floor) for disabled people, with shower and toilet is designed for disabled people and there were no hand towels in the toilet. At night, we went to the front desk again to ask for help. The receptionist finally asked the manager to come and help. It turned out that the double bed in the room could be disassembled, so a house keeping lady was invited to disassemble and re-lay all the sheets and quilts. It was such an easily solvable problem, but the receptionist refused to help solve it at the very beginning.The facilities in the room were very old. There are no slippers provided in the room. The hair dryer is broken and sparks are emitted.Hilton Hotel has always been my first choice when traveling. I also stayed at Hilton in Paris this trip, it was wonderful and the service in Paris was excellent. But this time in London, especially the service at the front desk. It was a nightmare.

I was staying for 2 nights on business. I had been to the hotel before and had some trouble with the heating but I thought it was a one-off! I arrived on a hot day and the room was an extremely uncomfortable 25.5C. It was set on cooling but it wasn't getting colder. I contacted the front desk and they said they would send maintenance. A man arrived played around with air conditioning control and said it would be cool within the hour. I went out for a walk and to eat. Coming back at about 22.00, my room was still 25.5C and unbearably hot. I rang down and explained the problem to reception. The receptionist said maintenance had gone home - and then hung up! I went down to reception and was told I would have to wait for a manager - after 15' she turned up and said no other rooms were available and offered me a fan. I had no other choice and took it - she said they would change my room the next day. I spent an extremely uncomfortable night even with the fan!||The next day on returning from business I asked to change rooms (my room was still 25.5C) and the manageress arranged. The new room was at 17C - freezing. I adjusted it to warm up and left the room. On returning hours later the room was still a freezing 17C. I went down to reception and the large receptionist man actually laughed when I told him my story. He said there was nothing he could do as maintenance had gone home. I insisted on having a heater. he told me to go back to my room and wait for something to delivered. I refused as it was late and said I would like the heater brought to me now. He said the heater was too heavy for him to carry (he was twice my size!) but eventually one came and I was able to drag it to my room. I spent a warmer night.||it is obvious that the hotel knows that in certain rooms their airco system doesn't work but they put guests in them anyway. Add to that the fact that most staff are very poorly trained and some have a very poor command of English. In addition the TV failed to work.||If the Hilton brand is not a guarantee of even a comfortable room and a reasonable night's sleep then I will never trust them again. I travel extensively for business but this hotel and all other Hiltons are off the list - they clearly have no regard for the quality of service their customers experience. The manageress offered me a free dring voucher - I wanted a good night's sleep!!!
