I was in a car accident November 2024 and the other driver accepted responsibility straight away, within the same week. It’s now almost the end of June 2025 and after chasing and chasing the company regarding trying to get my losses reviewed so that I can claim my wages I lost for being off with a bad back and the other losses I had due to the accident and still for them not to of been reviewed. I’ve been told it can take 6 months to 2 years to receive my claim. Surely this is not correct for a straightforward case
I was told a few months ago my losses would be reviewed and still they have not been. This is a very simple case of accepted responsibility from the other party. I have no idea how it can take up to two years for a simple claim. I dread to think how long a complicated case would be with this company. I’m still wages and more down and have been told I may have to wait 2 years for this to be recovered. This is not acceptable as I’ve lost this due to someone else, who’s accepted responsibility the same week and yet I’m almost 8 months on and no further forward. I’d like someone to contact me to get the ball rolling. Every time I call/email I am fobbed off and I get no further forward. This is not acceptable.

Unless you have the time to chase your case you will have no idea what’s going on. Been passed from pillar to post since October regarding my case. Chased up when claim initially went through as I’d heard nothing to be told were awaiting liability info from third party - fair enough. Then heard nothing for a month or 2 so chased again they were still awaiting decision. Then heard nothing. Then liability was admitted by third party in March. Then I chased up yet again to be told I was being transferred to a new team. New team didn’t contact me so I chased yet again. They finally booked in a medical which I attended start of May. Chased up yet again on Wednesday to be told my documents haven’t come through but they would look into it. Called up again 2 days later to be told the same thing and no record of anyone chasing it up. Whole process is a nightmare. I only chose this firm because the AA recommended but I will not be going off that again!

Absolutely shocking service so far. Constantly fobbed off and told there are staffing issues each time you ring or email to get your claim moving. Been waiting for my calculations and loss of earnings to be reviewed for months now and nothing moves and I have one of the easiest claims ever after being rear ended in October 2024 and the other party has fully accepted liability. the worst thing is I have cancer and having to chase this constantly is seriously hindering my health yet Minster Law do not care. If they do not have enough staff the management need to wake up. If I could go back in time I would never have listened to the AA when they recommended this company. I am almost giving up but why should I? Please don't respond to this by asking me to contact with my reference number. Already contacted several times. I need to focus on my health yet how can I with this constantly hanging over me. They will be the death of me. Avoid at all costs. The reviews on here are not lies.

EDIT TODAY.... after my husband having to call again to chase his claim he has been told his handler has left and his case hasn't been passed on to another yet so his case is sat doing nothing again! My sons handler has replied to my email today im guessing thanks to this review and shock horror is no update and nothing more has been done since march 2024.......... absolute joke of a company AVOID at ALL cost.........My husband and son were involved in a crash in april 2023 the driver from the other vehicle pulled out a side junctions and smashed into the back my husbands car. The car was a written off road side instantly. They have still not had this settled the staff handling the case say will call with updates and never do. Constantly chasing them just for updates. Last update was an email in march 2025 and said just needed paper work doing? Its been 2.5yrs since the crash and nothing? The customer services is shocking. I believe the other driver has denied liability hence the delay but 2.5yrs? And nothing from the company to explain hold ups or ask for evidence? My husband was on a straight road and they pulled out on him I wouldn't think is much to sort out? Feel extremely let down and it feels never ending at this point

Has been almost a year since my car accident, got in touch with them a couple days later. Insurance had agreed already to settle but, somehow the people at Minister Law got in touch with the wrong insurance company when I gave them the company and the number. Was told there was staff ing issues also. Barely any updates, have no clue what’s happening they seem to do something every time I email but if you’re expecting good service wouldn’t recommend.

Very poor experience of this company, my motorcycle accident in April 2023 where guy hit me and drove off without stopping. Next to no communication unless you chase them. Have been for 2 medicals, the first one they lost any record of it, last one guy was totally disinterested. There still saying accident was 60% my fault even though police said not. Don't seem interested in fighting your case at all as if to much effort. If you get referred to these by your insurance company avoid at all costs unless you want a long drawn out process with no outcome.

I was a little worried at first after seeing the negative reviews, but my own experience with Minister Law has been absolutely brilliant. From the moment they took on my case, the communication was excellent. Claire King, my case handler, made sure I was always kept up to date and explained everything clearly along the way. She was professional, friendly, and really put me at ease. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you to Claire and the team for all your help!

21/05/25 STILL no response! This has been going on far too long now.
UPDATE 13/05/25 Case handler on holiday until 28/04 said would chase when back.
Emailed twice for further updates ~ no response or acknowledgement. This is going on forever!

UPDATE 14/04/25 Have messaged on website as advised ~ still no response!
It is now 3 months since settlement & not been paid!
A response would be appreciated as to where my payment is please.

It has taken well over a year with not much contact after the very quick & keen phone call they made wanting me to put claim in with them whilst I was still in A & E!
Things go quiet for months until you email constantly.
My case has been settled (Jan) and amount I get was informed, would be received in 5-6 weeks and I'm still waiting!
I have sent yet more emails and guess what!? No replies to any of them.
It's a matter of courtesy to reply but they've probably got my money & want to keep it for as long as possible ~ I don't know because they haven't replied.
Personally I would not have used them but hindsight is a good thing?!
