I would like to share my personal experience regarding the recent FIFA Agent Exam conducted through the VICTVS platform. My intention is not to discredit the organization but to express sincere concerns based solely on what I encountered on the day of the examination.

Candidates, including myself, were instructed to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the exam. Despite arriving on time and ensuring that all system requirements were met — including functioning microphones and cameras — we faced numerous technical difficulties from the outset. In my case, the invigilator informed me that while they could hear me, they were unable to see me, even though my camera was working perfectly on my end.

A significant number of candidates were unable to complete the mandatory identification process and were therefore prevented from accessing the exam altogether. Others, who did manage to begin the test, experienced serious disruptions due to platform-related issues. Personally, I lost approximately 20–25 minutes of ID time due to these complications.

Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple attempts to contact support. Unfortunately, I was met with an automated message promising to connect me to a human assistant — a promise that remains unfulfilled to this day. I also called the emergency phone number provided, only to be placed on hold for five minutes before the call was automatically disconnected.

I do not have prior knowledge of VICTVS as a company, and this feedback does not seek to undermine its general credibility. However, based on my experience, I must express that the company appeared unprepared and ill-equipped to manage an exam of this scale and importance. The technical and support failures I witnessed seriously compromised the integrity and fairness of the testing process.

It is my hope that this feedback is taken constructively and that meaningful steps are taken to ensure future candidates are not subjected to similar circumstances.

I highly recommend the invigilation service provided by VICTVS for the ISEB Common Pre-Test. As a parent unfamiliar with the UK school exam system, their team was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. They were exceptionally proactive in communication, ensuring that parents updated the necessary information in a timely manner. Victvs Global is the best ever!

I've been working with them as an exam invigilator for about half a year now, and it's been a great experience!
Victvs staff are so awesome & nice people!
And my job is really nice and easy to master if you learn & follow the procedure carefully!
The nice thing about it, is that you work independently but you'll never feel alone because your manager & the Victvs support are always there to help you through any situation you might face!

I'm sure that I cannot recommend it enough, but if you have any chance to work with Victvs I definitely encourage you to do your best to take it!

I have been working with Victvs as in-person and remote invigilator since October 2018. In fact, it is a great chance to continue working with an international highest ranked company which providing its services across all the world. Fortunately, I dealt with 3 Regional Managers who are Mark Dewar, Salma Nazir and my actual Regional Manager, Dominika Rubaszewska, all of them enjoy a greatest degree of professionalism.
Honestly, all Victvs staff are cooperative and friendly, in this regard I would also express my greetings to Carly Culver, Liz Sewell and Ramona Tudosa. A perfect team gave me all information I need to improve my skills and to enhance my qualifications in order to meet the international standards and provide the best service to our clients.
Victvs teams are very careful to regularly update us with latest technologies, knowledge and materials so that getting our work done with highest quality. Indeed, Victvs seeks to ensure that all its operations are done with fully integrity manner. The interesting part is the availability of support team who always ready to give us a hand to overcome any issues.
