We booked this session on behalf of a group of Charity CEOs to enhance their leadership qualities, everyone who attended provided glowing feedback for both the course and the coach Philip.

Philip was experienced, knowledgeable and was accommodating to any queries the group had throughout the session.

We did a one day session and Philip covered a lot of topics within that time, it was at a good pace and Philip brought the whole group with him and no one fell behind.

The activities were thought provoking and allowed deeper self analysis and reflection. The CEOs commented that they have new perspectives going forward on how they can become better leaders.

Philip from EQ Works delivered training to the managers at my organisation - Emotional Intelligence Fundamentals. Philip was so helpful in talking with a colleague and I in planning the day, and really learning about us (as an organisation and cohort of managers) so that the training could be as tailored, as engaging, and as helpful as it could be. The handouts were all tailored with our branding, which was a surprise, but a really nice touch, and it was just an interesting, thought-provoking, and indeed eye-opening day.

On the morning there were a few hiccups - the venue had accidentally booked the wrong room for example, which was not Phil's doing at all, but he calmly persevered and delivered a really impactful day of interactive learning. We've all definitely taken a lot away from the day to reflect upon, individually and as a management team.
