Everyone adored the bus!

The company is directly contactable by phone and email. It's almost always Louise who replies and is extremely nice and friendly. David can be a bit blunt at times but he always has the answers to my questions and never denied me a request- he always made it happen.

There was some doubt at first about whether the bus would be able to access Usk Castle, but David made sure that an in person check was carried out before I made the booking to check it was all possible.

David was happy to put up my own privately made vinyl transfers for the "destination" window on the front of the bus. I posted him two, just in case one of them went wrong as they can be tricky to apply. He obviously got it right first time because he used the spare on the mini side window which I didn't expect - this was a really nice and thoughtful touch. He even changed the number of the bus to the number I requested!

David and Louise are gems and I couldn't have asked for a better experience to be honest. I would certainly use Chepstow Classic Buses again.

We hired the beautiful Bristol K Type for our wedding in the Wye Valley. Good communication throughout the booking process from Louise; on the day of the wedding, the bus arrived early with a smart and professional driver. Our guests really enjoyed arriving in style and the vehicle really enhanced our big day.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The arrogance of Dave the owner is absolutely unbelievable.
Initially when I made a booking the lady literally made my day and was so helpful in every way and completely sold me the dream. We filled in the booking form and immediately sent it. My girl in the office then paid the deposit and that was that. After many weeks I never heard a thing from them. After hearing there may be a procession where our wedding was being held on the day I gave them a call. It took me two days to hear back from them as they never answered the phone. I politely asked his opinion on the issue to which he replied “ that’s not my problem you have to sort that out!” In the most awful attitude you could ever wish for. This is an extremely special day to me and my heart absolutely sunk. My elderly father is more than likely in his last year and this occasion was an extremely special one to have him attending. After a few more questions I soon realised this man is not a nice chap and should never be running a business or dealing with the general public. He then said the deposit hadn’t been received which we now have put down to a administrative discrepancy our end. I questioned why did you not give me a call to say so. I then got even more attitude. I thought maybe I’ve caught him on a bad day. So after leaving it over the weekend I called again. Immediately even though he didn’t know it was me he answered with terrible tone yet again. He more or less said he’s not got a driver now. I said I’ve called to pay in full. And also reminded him it’s 12 days away! He literally couldn’t care less cancelled the booking and put the phone down. I myself am I director of two businesses and if myself or any of my staff spoke to a customer like this I would be mortified. Dave you my friend have ruined my wedding day. Than you very much you vile man
