We had the pleasure of using Grindles Coach Company for our recent school ski trip to Boí Taüll, Spain, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service they provided.
From start to finish, the drivers, Ed and Dave, were outstanding. Professional, kind, friendly, and always full of positivity. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure our journey was safe, smooth, and enjoyable for both staff and pupils alike.
Their supportive and approachable manner made a real difference to the overall experience, and it was clear they genuinely cared about the group’s wellbeing. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
We would absolutely welcome them back and would love to have them as our coach company again in the future. A huge thank you to everyone at Grindles for helping make our trip such a success!

Exceptional Service – Truly Outstanding from Start to Finish!

We recently used Grindles Coaches for a school trip and were lucky enough to have Phil and Tom as our drivers. From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely fantastic.

Both drivers were incredibly welcoming, respectful, and warm, treating our students with the same level of respect and maturity as they did the staff—something that is, sadly, quite rare on school trips. It was so refreshing to see the students being engaged with positively and treated as young adults. Their approach really set the tone for a calm, respectful, and enjoyable journey.

The coach itself was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and both Phil and Tom created an atmosphere where staff felt relaxed and supported throughout. Their friendly, approachable nature meant we felt in safe hands from the very beginning.

One of our staff members even commented that, out of all the trips she’d ever been on, she had never felt so safe—a true testament to the professionalism and care shown by Grindles.

I’ll be personally recommending Grindles Coaches for all future trips, and I’ll be requesting our travel companies to work with them moving forward. An all-round positive and memorable experience – thank you, Grindles!

Not being able to find a trip going from Hereford we went with Grindles to the West Country. We just want to say thankyou to Grindles for a very smooth and comfortable trip to Bridgwater Carnival on Saturday 4th November 2023. The journey took us through the Forest of Dean with all the changing colours on the trees. We were cosy, warm and comfortable and our driver was very steady on the roads, with a sense of humour and very attentive. We had very good service from start to finish.

Brilliant day at Kew Gardens. The venue was beautifull as expected but the getting there and home make all the difference. Well looked after by Tom on time informative and caring will definately book again. Thank you all 👍🙂

Went Buckingham Palace
tthe seat we where given had no window but luckily someone never turned up but I was sat behind a woman that would not stop talking but she had a heart of gold but she kept shouting and could not rest properly but that's not Grindles thought really enjoyied myself
