I recently used ZJ travels, for a trip, and I was thoroughly impressed! The bus was clean, comfortable. Our driver Shabanami was professional, courteous, and ensured we arrived safely and on time. The booking process was straightforward, and the customer service team was helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I've been using ZJ Travel for a number of years now for group travel in and around the South West. From their taxis to the 36 seat Coach their vehicles are always clean and tidy and well maintained. Drivers are friendly and do their best to help. Office staff make it really easy to help with sometimes complicated itineraries. From Airport pickups to day trips to London and Stonehenge ZJ travel will have your back!

As a company we have used ZJ Travel a number of times for their minibus services. We have not been the easiest of customers with locations and details changing a lot at the last minute. Shabnum has always been responsive and accommodating. The vehicles are always clean and comfortable with very friendly and reliable drivers.

After having been let down on the same day of travel by another company, I came across ZJ Travel and i spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Shabnum who went the extra mile for us to ensure my football players could travel to play a cup final after explaining the hell i had been through after phoning 10 plus companies who couldn't accommodate us due to last minute request. Our driver Amir was "Wonderful" and very professional. He arrived on time to and from out destination. WE WON THE FINAL. Thank you.
