My experience with Y-Axis was one of the most frustrating and dishonest encounters I’ve ever had with a company. They made big promises upfront to gain my trust, but once the payment was made, everything changed. What was sold to me and what was actually delivered were completely different.

I requested a cancellation on the same day—before they had done any work or processed any documents. Instead of acting fairly, they refused to refund me and then pressured me to sign a form agreeing not to post any online reviews in exchange for a partial refund. Let that sink in—they tied a small portion of my own refund to my silence.

This is a deeply unethical practice. A legitimate company would never demand silence in return for money. In the end, they kept a large portion of my payment for doing nothing and gave back only a small amount once I agreed not to speak out—until now.

Their tactics are deceptive, their customer service is dismissive, and their business model appears built on misleading people and locking them into non-refundable agreements.

I’m writing this to warn others: be very careful. Companies like this should be held accountable, not protected by silence.
