It’s impossible to pass the bus driver test with Stagecoach because they don’t actually provide training, even though they call themselves an “academy.”

There are too many unnecessary steps in the process, especially for someone who hasn’t yet passed the theory test. These extra procedures feel pointless and time-wasting unless you’ve already completed the theory.

P.S. It makes sense to go and get a license only if you have learned all the theory about driving a bus in advance, since you will not be given any information or textbooks

Had to slam on the brakes as a bus decided just to pull out of a junction right in front of me. Utterly dangerous drivers as usual. No point in complaining they don’t investigate.

I'm giving stagecoach 1 star purely on the basis of the busses are always late. When you question the drivers they get the hump erm excuse me if you have to stand for an hour waiting for the bus im sure you'd want some answers too imstead of standing at the station talming like people dont have places to go actually do the job you get paid for i watch the drivers at the stationhaving a chin wag for ages which i believe is the main reason the busses are late most days. I pay £40 a week for bus passes I expect to get a good service. Prices always going up yet can't give a service that matches there prices. Stagecoach I think you need to be taught a thing or two by arriva when I lived in London the longest I'd wait for a bus was 5 minutes not to mention kids travel for free till the age of 16. You must think people are made of money with the way you keep putting your prices up. Also clean those busses there absolutely filthy you make enough money put it to good use!!

Delighted they found my daughters lost mobile. I logged my daughter's mobile as missing, she knew which bus and specified where she'd accidentally left it. Amazing result.

One star because the drivers from route 12 from Brackmils industrial estate, every time ignoring the timetable and they are leaving earlier with 3-4 minutes. As result of this so many people are obligated to wait closely 35 minutes until the next buss will arrive.
After this they are waiting 3-5 or sometimes closely to 10 minutes in front of the General Hospital. Totally disappointed about this service.
