Andy has played a pivotal role in helping to structure our thinking around customer experience on the back of a brand positioning project for Grosvenor Casinos. Casinos can be very process led environments that don’t always put the customer experience front and centre. We knew that in order to make a significant shift to become more customer centric, we would need to deliver a culture change wholly embraced by the business. We would need a programme and strategy that would resonate at every level of the organisation and take employees on a journey – this wouldn’t be an overnight change.
