Martin is an outstanding coach. He is knowledgable, strategic and engaging with his sessions making them something we look forward to each week. Martin is also very thoughtful with his content approach making sure he meets the needs of the business, the individual and wider groups. He tailors his sessions so that he hits the mark every time, time and time again. I’ve yet to find a topic Martin doesn’t have an answer or material for. But with Martin it’s not just about the sessions; he has a deep understanding and passion for what it takes to be successful, breaking the business down and attacking areas with small achievements that have a huge impact.

Insites Digital has benefited greatly from the journey we are on with Martin and we now have a direction of where we are heading with laser like precision. On a personal level I have developed a mindset, attitude and focus which has allowed me to take on the challenges that lie ahead.
