I was lucky to connect with Abdur. I joined him in December 2022, when I was at my lowest about life and my weight gain. I have worked with my coach Abdur for a few months to help me overcome and my manage my anxiety.

Having come from a Pakistani ethnic origin and Abdur also the same I found it very easy to connect with him and he could also relate to the issues I had faced or was facing due to having suffered with mental health himself.
