I originally found David while searching for a damp surveyor for my mum’s property in Poulton. We were so impressed with his work and extensive report that a few months later, I asked him to carry out a post-completion damp survey on a house my partner and I had just purchased in York.

Got into contact with David after a valuation suspected damp in a ceiling joist. He was very accomadating and managed to fit me in straight away even though he had to make the trip to Barrow. On inspection he was very knowledgeable and informative, highly recommend!
