After dealing with multiple solicitors, Kim and Adele were a breath of fresh air. The most notable thing was that they were readily available. Whenever I called, they answered their direct lines immediately, not once did I have to leave a voicemail or request a call back.
Other solicitors had baffled us with legal jargon but here we felt we could call and have everything explained in layman's terms without prejudice. Kim and Adele stepped in towards the end of our process and I would highly recommend both of them as file handlers. They were empathetic, efficient and personal.

Avoid this company. Took me on as a No Win, No Fee client.
No issues. THEN a month before we go to court they tell me the barrister will not represent me in course. He doesn’t think I can win.
It’s taken them several years to with no issues to suddenly say this.
HOWEVER.
IF YOU PAY THE BARRISTER £710 PLUS VAT they said they will represent you.
