Managed to corrupt my Windows graphics computer. I am reasonably PC savvy but tried all of the rebuild options including back to command prompt and could not recover any functionality. Dropped it into Connect IT and Stuart performed a check and subsequent rebuild and I am now back up and running. Excellent and quick service throughout at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Connect IT.

I have had wonderful, fast and effective service over many years. laptop repairs have always been successful. advice on buying suitable replacement laptops, copiers, printers and scanners and virus protection has been on point. On one occasion,. I was able to purchase a laptop from John Lewis who sent the laptop directly to Connectit.. All done seamlessly. . Stuart then set it all up and it was ready to go. All this in a very warm friendly atmosphere.

I love my computer and was devastated when the hard drive failed I took it to Stuart and he got it up and running again. Imagine my horror when later I got a Macafee phishing popup on the screen and couldn't get it off not once but twice so it had to go in again Stuart not only took it off but didn't charge me the second time . It restored my faith in human kindness and it's reassuring to know there is someone there who won't take advantage of a lady who doesn't have any technical ability. Thank you again from Lilian.

Brilliant service!!!
I was met by a friendly young lady who mended my mums iPad in less than 2 minutes and what’s more… she didn’t charge me a penny.

My computer had its power supply fail. They were able to confirm the issue and fix on the same day for a good price with great service and communication throughout. Would recommend.
