From our very basic ideas for extending & altering the floorplan of our property Wesley swiftly produced a draft plan; suggestions & modifications were quickly agreed and incorporated, and the resultant set of detailed plans perfectly met our requirements.
Design Solutions applied for, closely followed up and obtained Planning Consent. Other tasks such as Structural Engineers reports, Building Regulations etc were all initiated for us.
Questions or issues were responded to & handled promptly, efficiently, and on site where necessary.
