I had an extremely disappointing experience with a previous financial advisor before Lloyds where recommended to me.After an initial home visit I and my wife transferred our accounts to them. What a difference. Everything has been dealt with professionally and in a timely manner, we couldn’t have asked for better service. I found Lloyds to be very approachable allowing me to discuss my pension and investment needs.

Natasha was extremely helpful and informative allowing me to be assured that my pension fund was in good hands moving forward, delivering some very sound financial advice.

Absolute 1st class service from Andy Horner at Lloyd and from Andy Horner at Lloyd and Co. Without going in to too much detail, another well known insurer took 8 days to get back to me and their quote was 60% more for basically the same policy as found by Andy. He pulled out all the stops in order to get my insurance through in about 4 hours so that I could complete on my house. Thank you so much.
