After contacting other companies who couldn’t even be bothered returning my calls, this gem of a firm was recommended by a solicitor friend.

We were selling to a friend of the family, and all wanted both sides of the process to be done by one firm. Marie filled me with confidence from the first phone call, assuring me this was not a problem. She said that she would act for us, and one of her colleagues would do the same for the purchasers. She explained that this work would be done within what is termed as a ‘Chinese Wall’, which ensures the integrity of the process.

Marie was super-efficient in keeping us updated on progress, and she dealt with the whole thing very professionally and with no fuss. We subsequently completed on the day she said we would.

In this post Covid world there’s no
necessity to use a local solicitor, as you don’t need to physically go into any offices. The practical effect of this is that you can use any firm, regardless of its physical location.

The most amazing solicitors! We had the pleasure of dealing with Marie and Kate and can safely say their service was incredible.

Every email was responded to ridiculously quick, they made sure every answer to our question was explained clearly. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

We never felt the need to chase as Marie and Kate were always on the front foot explaining what might be needed and ordering documents before they were even asked for, meaning nothing was held up.
