Very good service was met and greeted by a young lad who was very courteous had a nice chat while I waited. The Dr was very informative and explained everything he was doing clearly and answered my questions. Didn't take too long for the examination all done in a lovely air conditioned room overall was a very pleasant experience unlike the experience of the car accident which brought me there in the first so top marks to MLA

The date and location I was originally given was not suitable, so, as instructed, I phoned up, explaining this and spoke to a very polite gentleman who said to leave it with him and he would come back to me. He phoned back, 15 minutes later with a suitable alternative.
The appointment was carried out, on time, in very comfortable surroundings by an extremely professional audiologist.
After his examination, he explained what was likely to happen going forward and asked if I had any questions.
The whole process from booking through to the actual examination was first class. Thank you.

Lovely men came to my house and did a thorough inspection. Even had the drone above my house to check rooftop and everything. The medical centre was in a well kept clean building, we were welcomed in and met by a lovely young man who gave us clear and concise instructions and the medical questionnaire to fill out. When it was our appointment time we were taken into an office to carry out our medical, the Dr was very nice and friendly and treated us with compassion and curtesy.
