Very very poor experience with Napthens unfortunately - extremely poor communication. On the day of completion I was notified by the estate agent that a document wasn’t back therefore I would be unable to complete. Gareth failed to notify me with this crucial information. I called Gareth at 16:35 (bare in mind he finishes at 17:00) to ask if this was accurate information - unfortunately this was correct. None of this was even followed up with a simple call/email from him. I had the entire
Content of my house on the drive of the new house at this point. A move is stressful enough. I would not recommend Napthens at all.
