I have entrusted CEL Solicitors to deal with my fraud case. Initial contact to me was made by Faye Hornby. She was fantastic on the phone taking all the necessary details, very sympathetic, understanding and professional and put me totally at ease even though it took me around an hour to explain everything.
I was assigned Hannah Blanchard as my case handler who was also very professional and very efficient in her work. I had sent all the required documentation for my case within a couple of days. Within hours of Hannah receiving all this, it had been reviewed and an initial letter sent out to my bank. Fantastic work and hopefully this leads to a successful outcome. I would highly recommend CEL Solicitors in dealing with any Fraud Case.
